I don’t recommend removing sales calls for everyone.
Sales calls work. And sales is a skill you have to master.
But they’re time consuming.
And if you’re an introvert like me, you’re avoiding calls when you can.
Selling via text is 10x more enjoyable.
More free time. More profit. And less headaches.
3. Keep your business simple
You’ll try to add more stuff to your business.
And sometimes it truly adds something.
But usually, it just adds more complexity.
Without adding a lot of value.
Which isn’t good.
Perfection isn’t about not being able to add anything anymore, it’s about not being able to remove anything anymore.
Always try to keep it simple.

4. Product is king
People pay money to alleviate pain.
You alleviate pain by solving problems.
You solve problems by giving value.
You give value with a world-class product.
The better your product, the more value you give.
The more value you give, the better you solve the problems.
And the better you solve the problems, the more you alleviate the pain.
Which will make your customers the happiest.
So try to make your product the best one in your niche.
It’s the best thing you can do for your business.
5. Focus on creating customers
It’s hard to sell to leads.
It’s easier to sell to customers.
Because customers already gave you money.
So if they like what they got, they’re more likely to buy from you again.
So commit to running 1–2 monthly workshop.
Make it low-ticket and extremely valuable.
Then offer your high ticket offer to your customers.
This is how you turn customers into clients (while also getting paid to create).
It’s much more efficient in my experience.
You only need to get 30 customers and turn 7 of them into clients.
Not easy, but certainly doable in 6 months.
